#LightTheWorld #day20

I love spending time with my family! They are what matters to me!

Today, I spent time with my mom. I am so grateful for her and her example of enduring. "Her children and husband rise up and call her blessed and her husband praises her" (Proverbs 31:28).

As I watched this little video today, the Spirit confirmed to me that family is what matters. "A man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth" (Luke 12:15). "Things" are not what matters. The family, God's family (which is us!) is what His whole plan is about. "Behold, this is my work and my glory to being to pass the immortality and eternal life of man" (Moses 1:39).

Just so you know, God truly is aware of you and what you are enduring. Hang in there. I often tell myself, "Today is not forever", which helps keep things in perspective. And I tell myself: It's worth the effort to keep enduring.

Me with my mom and sister, Linda. I am so blessed!
(A little flashback..) I love these people more than words can express!
